Their customer service is very good too, I usually do not like foreign service but I’ve found that they know what they are doing even though they are not as quick as “my perception “ would like. The app is so easy to use and has important features that are easy to use.
Tether app always says my password is incorrect

Tether app always says my password is incorrect, even when it is not. I can access the device locally from a web browser. I’ve factory reset the device and reinstalled tether and the problem remains. Google this. I’m not the only one.

This app had very easy to understand instructions & made it a breeze to get my N300 Wi-Fi extender setup.
Doesn’t find any devices

I think it worked to set up the RE205 extender, but now it really has no purpose since it won’t finder the extender to show me a status.
Parental controls not working

MacBook Pro still able to connect and browser internet fine even if it’s internet is paused. Rest of device blocked but MacBook Pro is working.

Lots of features. Developers, would love to have a dark theme. It would be cool to have the advanced features too. The web interface is really good too.
Keeps breaking connection..

Keeps breaking the connection and says I can no longer manager the device... Then it tells me to go re-boot the device again and again.. happens about once’s every 3 days.. frustrating...
