I downloaded the app for my tp link wireless router and network extender and the app is having problems on identifying the network extender despite it being a tp link brand hopefully corporate can do an update on the app to fix this issue
Watch out trying to logon while VPN active

I wasn’t paying attention and my Nord VPN was active because I was connected to a “new” wifi network (while trying to set up my A6). It was slowing down and then preventing the connection. That was my fault, once I turned the vpn off, everything worked perfectly.
Router name not found

After new updates I can see my router name on this app dashboard. I’m connected to my router but this app now can’t found my router
Repeated Attempts to Tether Failed

Sent a help email and no one responded. I am not sure what my TP link is doing. Very disappointed.

After a new router and resetting and reconnecting extender the signal is weaker right next to it than from the router farther away. Please, please resist the trend of using unreadable white type on a lime pie green background. I am grateful that you use black type instead of the popular light gray favored by too many.

My internet is always coming offline and online. Support helped but had no effectiveness. Very frustrating. It use to work okay

The app always tells me my password is wrong. I have to delete the app, reinstall it and then when I paste the same password back into the login it works.
