It doesn’t get any easier than this concept and I get to use my own Photo if I choose. Our Mail in the USA is rightly called snail Mail as it could take 2-3 weeks for a card to be delivered to England. With all the relatives living there, birthday and holiday cards are now on time.

I have used this program for many years which makes it easier to send cards to friends in other countries. That is also what makes it difficult. Every time I attempt to purchase more credits, it sets off my banks fraud department. Also, my account says I have a number of credits available to use, but when I go to use them, it still wants me to pay more. It is also difficult to update addresses. It would be nice to correct mistakes or changes by just clicking the “contacts” tab and finding the address I need to change instead of just assuming I must have chosen that person because I want to send them a card. Going into my account and then selecting address book and then finding the person followed by the edit button and then asking what I want to edit is a lot of steps. Just my thoughts of course. I love the quality of the cards and still use the program.

You’re seriously going to limit the “features” you can put on a card unless you get a membership, even though I’m willing to pay for the card. Ridiculous! Going to go with another vendor.

I’ve been a TouchNote customer for years and just now realized I’ve been paying $8.25 per POSTCARD!!! Fool me once, Shame on me! You will not fool me twice!! How disappointing!!

TouchNote is sending me fluffy emails with no unsubscribe link. No email preferences in the app. No way to unsubscribe for content I didn't sign up for. Disappointing for a company we're supposed to trust with our friends and families home addresses. I wonder who they sell all that data to? I wonder what else they have opted me into without my consent? Shameful!

There’s no denying the service that they provide is really cool. But the membership model is offputting. I got the app, got a year subscription and wound up never using it after my first time. Then when I went to cancel the whole process was awful. You have to do it from their website not the app. When you go to do the process the interface is designed to discourage you from doing it. For example the button to cancel your unsubscribe is the default, and the one to submit it is colored to look like a cancel button. During the unsubscribe process they try to pitch you a discount on continuing service. As if all this is not bad enough they then make you type confirm twice uppercase letters. I don’t care how good the app and the services are, being treated like this has made me never want to be their customer again.

Membership never mentions the cost of postage. Postage is over double the US postage rate. I tried canceling when with in a hour of signing up no refund. At no point do they tell you the inflated postage rate. Yes you get free unlimited cards printed but pay over double in postage after membership fees 45- post cards and quarterly plan was outrageously over priced. Worst mistake ever.
