I ordered Christmas cards this year from this app. First order was for 36 cards. 30 we’re actually sent out. Keep in mind, even after you subscribe, which I did, you still have some expenses for each card you order. I waited and waited…sent them an email through the app…no response. No time to wait, I went ahead and ordered another set for your missing cards. HALF of those got sent out, STILL WAITING on the others. I’m not ordering them again. I asked for a refund. Sent them the first message three weeks ago…STILL no email response from that. I’ll be canceling my subscription for this app. Don’t bother using it unless you plan to order one card at a time. Which kind of defeats the purpose of the app. Bad thing is…one of the missing cards was to go to my brand new in-laws…so now I’ll have to figure out another way to get them a photo Christmas card by Christmas.

I thoroughly used to enjoy this app. It was very intuitive to use and reasonable in cost. But now they have change to these wacky fees that make the app very wonky and pricey and not as intuitive as it once was. They want to charge you for every little sticker or feature. It couldn’t be easier to send cards than this. Click, click cards are done! The quality is fantastic, from the stock weight of the card to the image quality (usually a photo from my phone for postcards) just really amazing and they are shipped quick to boot. So easy that I send cards all the time for all kinds of reasons… sometimes just because.

Order sent wrong consistently

I’m so disappointed. I paid for a membership and with kids thought this would be such an easy and fun way to send cards. I also decided to do personal holiday cards with this. I have family and friends sending me photos with images just not on there, fonts and customizations don’t match what I ordered, and deliveries take over a week for a postcard. I’ve spent way too much for this. And the cards are supposed to be high quality, but they are far from it. I messaged customer service but still no response.

I took an annual membership by mistake and it was the worst use of money ever. Canceling is difficult and the postcard quality was sub par. Do not waste money on this

The last few months have been so hard. I usually send cards to 60-70 people each year in 3 different countries. This year, I spent 6 mins last night sending postcards with the app to 20 VIPs that we love so much. THANK YOU for helping me feel connected to my loved ones in another hard year. ?????

Absolutely love this app. I have an elderly grandfather who lives in Germany and he doesn’t do social media or even have a cellphone. It brightens his day to get this postcards in the mail. I can include photographs on the front or make them greeting cards. It’s worth every penny to send him these ♥️
