Great service but pricey

It’s a great service but really pricey. $8/month + $1/card doesn’t make sense. Maybe if the $8 included a few postcards and then the $1 was for additional cards. Love the idea of it but not sure I’ll renew at the end of the quarter.

App crashes on launch

I just installed the app to my iPad Mimi 4, iOS 15.1 after having used TouchNote on a desktop computer for a lot of years…it won’t launch and I see no help with this (or customer service, period) on the website. Vexed!

I was charged for creating postcards and then the receptive table never received them. Don’t waste your money on this app. They help you create cute cards but then it’s a gamble on whether or not they’ll actually send them.

I love sending postcards through TouchNote! We usually send them to my great grandmother who is not on social media or can receive photos by text. She always enjoys her postcards and keeps each one! The paper and print quality is great, shipping is quick, and the app is easy to use.

It’s a great idea to take a photo and turn it into a postcard. I sent a great photo to my mom and aunt. I didn’t realize this was not a US based business and encountered extra international charges. I also was disappointed when I tried to cancel I was directed to use my laptop. I don’t have one. If I can enroll with my iPad I should be able to cancel with it, also. Great idea, I just didn’t read enough before signing on.

Every time I try to use this app I get an error message in the ordering process. The app does not show that anything is incorrect. Very frustrating.
