I absolutely love this app. My mother has Alzheimer’s and is living in an assistant living facility 100 miles from where I live (she lives in the same town as my older brother and sister.). I only get to see her about once a week, but these postcards help me keep in touch with her when i can’t be there. It is so simple to use. I just wish i had known about TouchNote a long time ago.

TouchNote did not deliver my friends birthday card, I went round an round with TouchNote in resending the card and refunding me my money I spent. And after they insisted they’ll send another card out my friend never got his card. My friend has passed away horrible death and he never got his birthday card I set up back in August.

My 97 year old mother isn’t on-line so I would always send her postcards when I traveled. Now I can easily send her photos of her grandchildren posing by famous landmarks and the Touchnote cards arrive before we do.

I live in the US but I have family in Canada and in Germany. It is usually kind of a pain in the butt to go to the post office and buy foreign postage and then it doesn’t get there for days. My moms birthday is today I send her a card on the 25th and it got here today. Two days later!!! Amazing! And my husbands grandparents got their Christmas card too. I will definitely be using this for all of my foreign mail!

I’m a flight attendant and I try to send post cards from different cities to my grand children- they love getting mail and when you can just snap a picture push send no need to carry stamps and find a mail box !! Also great way to send thank you’s

I was so amped !!! couldn’t wait to send and surprise my girl with a random post card which was ordered the 19 of November and today is the 28 and still no surprise. Super bummed

My elderly mother refuses to learn to use a computer or smart phone. So when her great-granddaughter was born, she didn't have any pictures that she could show all her friends. I found this app and can now send her pictures that she can keep in her purse or wallet and she can "brag" to her friends! So easy to use! Love it!
