App won’t work on IPad

When I click on the icon I get a message saying “temporary service problem. Try again” this “temporary” problem has been going on for weeks. I can get to my account by going through the website.

The app works fine; but the service provided enabled by the app is a NIGHTMARE. All 3 of my orders this week had major issues: 1) driver was 6 hours late (in 100+ degree heat so need to be home to bring inside); 2) groceries were NEVER delivered (no communication from store so had to call in reschedule delivery on my own); 3) the scheduled re-delivery never showed... when I called to check in, I learned that my order had been erroneously canceled (again, no communication from store). AVOID THIS SERVICE!!!!!! (That said, the truck drivers are the nicest guys and I wish they didn’t have to deal with these faulty processes).
Stopped working one day

I dunno why, but it just stopped working one day. It wasn’t the easiest app to begin with but now is unusable, which is a shame because I love the service. ?
Still doesn’t work right when adding promo code

What good are the promo codes when the app won’t accept them all it does is clock guess your hoping people will just pay your delivery fee!!! Doesn’t work online either and clearly not reading people’s comments as I reported this a couple weeks ago to no response

I’ve been using the app for about three to four months now. I’m mostly happy with the exception of one thing. The location keeps changing even after I have chosen it. When I click the cart to complete my order, it changes to another location. I usually have to go to the website and finish it there. If that glitch gets fixed then I can change my review to five stars!

App kept switching my pick up store from what I had selected - MULTIPLE TIMES... and it kept switching me back to delivery after I already selected pick up. You are going to lose the grocery battle to Walmart and others Tom Thumb!!
