Easier to walk to the store

I started my order at 1 pm. It’s now 7 pm and now that it’s too late to go to the store today, I can’t finish the order for delivery tomorrow. Pages take *forever* to load and you can’t use the coupon codes until you go to checkout, even though you can stack them. If you go through deals link, you can’t copy the coupon code, but you can select everything that qualifies from that page. To apply the codes, you have to click on the cart and wait for it to load, then choose a delivery day and wait for it to load, then choose a delivery window, and, you guessed it, wait for it to load, then click Continue, wait some more, then type in the code and click Add, and wait yet some more. To get back to shopping, you have to click the back arrow and wait for your cart to load before you can click close. I’m pretty sure one of the codes expired while I was shopping, as the page has changed, but I’m not sure which one it is, and if I delete a code, I can’t add it back. Also, I would have searched for olives if I wanted olives, but since I wanted pickles, why am I being shown olives?
Not ready for prime time

This app seems like a good idea and has some potentially useful features. Unfortunately, if you don't know your club card number (NOT the linked phone number, but that super long number on the blue card itself) when you create your account, you're out of luck. You can't find that number on the Tom Thumb website and after you create the account, you can't add it through the app or online. You have to call customer service, and they really can't help you either. Also, this app does two of the most annoying things in app-land: it redirects you to the website for a significant number of basic functions (aka, it's a glorified bookmark), and it makes you enter your password every single time you open it. It's just groceries! The stakes aren't that high, folks. I'd like to support my local store, but sadly, at this point it's way less frustrating to just use Amazon Prime.

I love it, I can save all my stuff in my shopping cart for many days if I am not ready to check out yet, and I love the freebies, this is brand new and about to get only better, if your busy and don't want to drive to the store, or if you have the little league of kids you don't want to deal with while shopping than this is definitely for you, Thanks Tom Thumb ?

Groceries never delivered

We tried this. We ordered groceries, got a confirmation email and a reminder email, and our groceries were never delivered. I called customer service and she was rude and acted like it wasn't a big deal because our card wasn't charged and to just submit the order again. No thank you. I won't be giving money to this company again after my experience with their customer service and their lack of desire to apologize and make it right.

1st time great experience. I don't need the paper receipt! Everything is online... I would probably use it again if they will provide an option to download my history with prices so I can track my shopping.

Followed all directions and entered all being asked. After I read terms and conditions and clicked "Agree", it did not allow me any further. I wanted my time.

Given a one hour delivery window of 10am-11am. Driver calls at 11:10 am to say they are 25 minutes away. I live 2 minutes from my local store so this makes no sense for me. I've needed home delivered groceries for some time now due to our needs at home and this was anything but convenient. Pass.
This is an unreliable service

We've attempted to use this grocery delivery service three times with limited success. Only once was the delivery made within the four hour window. The second time was hours late, and the third time they just never delivered at all. With so many better options available I can't see why anyone would use this service.
