You have to reactivate your device or sign into your account every time you use this app! Why??? So annoying!!!!!
Great App but needs updating!

I love this App! I get to watch all of my favorite shows; however I wish the interface was somewhat similar to most apps. What I mean is it doesn’t allow Picture in Picture feature for iPhone users and my most recently watched when I first log in is never accurate. They should really look into updating this soon.

There is such a variety of programs to watch. Always love learning things from these shows. I feel I don’t just waste time watching but I can see and feel what other people go through. Thanks TLCgo!
App has significant bugs

Says that I need to enable streaming over cellular to watch… but cellular is enabled. Restarting the app, the phone, nothing works. Is only functional near WiFi. What’s the point? If I’m watching at home, I have a tv.
Too many commercials!!!!!

I really like the TLC go app but I don’t really like how you have to sign in all the time to watch your favorite shows, that’s why I give it a four out of five.
Not easy to use with latest iOS

I have a new iPhone 13 and the latest iOS. When watching shows, it is impossible to scroll ahead or back while watching the show, because the bar is so close to the bottom of the screen. When you touch it, your phone responds as if you are trying to swipe the app closed. Very frustrating, I hope you will fix it in the next update. Thank you

When watching live tv it glitches so much. With and without wifi. Same on my TVs. The whole show is all pixelated. Except the commercials (go figure) those are cristal clear. 0 stars.
App doesn’t work

I have been using this for over 2 years. In the beginning having to resign in was a hassle but it at least worked. Now as of a few months ago or more I can’t even sign in. My fire tv app works just fine. I have spectrum and can’t even get the sign in portion to open enough to let me sign in to my provider. A few weeks to a month ago it let me get that far and wouldn’t even recognize my credentials even though I am signed into spectrum tv and my spectrum on my phone so my log in credentials are the same. I don’t understand why it is taking so long to either update or ditch this app and develop an app that works better.
