No other tv provider options

I trued to log into my tv provider but direct tv was the only one that popped up, no other tv provider showed up. Im trying to watch and unlock shows but there aren’t any other options. Can someone explain why?
Missing Key Usability Features

I’ve only had the app a couple weeks. After the recent updated it no longer features recently watched row or displays the watch bar on episodes. Had to click in and out to figure out where I left off. Then while Casting to a device I stopped it/paused. When I resumed moments later on my phone it made me watch commercials again and restarted the episode from the beginning. Frustrating and not very user friendly.
No resolution options?

App update makes the resolution look horrible and I cannot find a way to change.

Last update ruin how you watch using this app. Hate how you can’t remove from continue watching and my history of the last episode is gone. Won’t be updating ,y other device but once that happens I may be done watching through it.

I had to pay $25/month with Philo to watch my shows on here. I would consider it a worthwhile subscription if it werent for the fact that I get logged out every single time I try to watch my shows on a different device. It’s exhausting and annoying. Also, why do I have to fast forward like I’m using a DVD Or VHS when my stopping point wasnt remembered by the app? So dated, and every other streaming service is more user friendly. Love the shows on here but holy cow there are some clear issues that could be fixed to make this app less infuriating to use haha. I canceled my subscription bc the service is not worth $25/month by any means. I suggest the developers watch functionality on other streaming apps and make changes to be up to par.
App still good but latest update is terrible

My issue with the app is that the latest update removed the ability to cast. The cast button is still there but when I select it, it doesn’t show my devices but rather “nearby devices”. When I try to connect using the pin, it attempts to connect then fails. The app first updated on my iPad but I was still able to use my phone to cast. But now that the phone app has been updated, I’ve lost that ability entirely. It would be nice if they could remedy this soon.

Use to live this app and use it all the time. Since the update can’t connect my chrome cast to it to watch… so disappointed….
