App has significant bugs – TLC GO - Stream Live TV Review

Says that I need to enable streaming over cellular to watch… but cellular is enabled. Restarting the app, the phone, nothing works. Is only functional near WiFi. What’s the point? If I’m watching at home, I have a tv.
