I’m sure the app is terrific if your provider is supported. I don’t understand how TLCGo won’t support Verizon customers who pay to subscribe to the service. Ridiculous!

Where is Verizon in your Provider List??

Verizon Fios is a HUGE cable provider here in NJ and it’s very surprising that they are not available as a provider on your list. I can not unlock any episodes without it.

My BIGGEST issue with this app is that it logs out of my cable provider and when I log back in, it doesn’t remember any of my favorite shows or any of the shows I stopped in the middle of. So every time it does it to me I have to start ALL OVER AGAIN (???). It is literally the most annoying thing and makes me less interested in the shows I was watching. So I would NOT recommend this app to others.

I understand that they need ads to make money but these are just ridiculous! Way to many for way to long. And it's the same 3 ads being played over and over again. And I can't even watch new shows with cable because the channel doesn't even work

This app is wonderful. But after every 5 minuets there is the same 3 commercials over and over and over again. I am watching more commercials than I am the show. It is actually quite rediculas. I am seriously going to delete the app if I see one more Toyota commercial.

The ads are terrible. They play over and over. The app itself is glitchy. Sometimes after suffering through the ads the episode will replay from the begging ?

I love TLC programming and was very excited to try this app. I was incredibly disappointed to find out though that there are seemingly more commercials than actual programming! Not only are there an insane amount of commercials, they are often the same ones repeated on end. Often the app freezes and you are forced to watch all of them again just to get back to where you were in your show. I just can’t handle it. I’ll have to go back to recording the programs and fast forwarding the ads. If it were one or two per break I could understand, but there are five to seven every ten minutes! I understand you are trying to make money from ad space TLC, but as you can see from these reviews, your viewers are not happy, and many are turning away such as I have.

Horrible app, contains glitches. Ads play every 10 minutes. The worse part is the same two ads loop for 5-6 minutes, until you think they are stuck and give up watching the show. When you try to pause, the show locks up and resets to the beginning. To skip to the point in the show where you left off, means you have to watch all the commercial sets in between the beginning and the point where you paused. It can take 20 minutes to find your place again.
