Will not open “pay bill” – T.J.Maxx Review

I deleted and re downloaded the app. It took 3 times to accept my password, that WAS correct, and every time I get to the section to make a payment on my card... it won’t open. I’ve tried several times. Not user friendly. Not comfortable adding any payment information, sketchy.
