Unauthorized! – TinyTap: Kids' Learning Games Review

I have been trying to cancel a subscription which I DID NOT authorize.. I had previously viewed the app on a prior phone and was not interested because I felt my daughter was too young for the app and could not afford it and then deleted it .. when I had to upgrade my phone.. somehow I was charged for an annual subscription !! I haven’t been able to reach anyone to help me..
