Over charges, not timely, not honest

Eric seems like a nice guy and knowledgeable. However following are the facts: - I was charged $160 for 20 minutes he was here. Most other places quoted me under $100 for the first hour. My bad for not asking him for a quote ahead of time. I called him because he had a lot of reviews. - I was charged additional $100 for a pressure relief valve that he left for me to install. (So total of $260) He told me it cost him $80. I went to the store down the street and found it for $40. - He was supposed to come on Thursday morning. He never showed up and called me at 6:30pm. I told him it’s too late and rescheduled for Saturday morning. That morning he rescheduled for 1:00pm. Then was 25 minutes late. With that said, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done. If he had not gauged me with that price, showed up on time, and not lied about the price of that piece, I would have used him on my next flip. Those three negatives put him in the shady contractor catagory. If you don’t have any time constraints and does not mind paying top dollars, he can be a good choice. He is more responsive than many of the contractors out there.

These people scam the “pros” don’t use this app just to look for a cheap rate and not follow through because it hurts the pro and costs them $10-$20+ to talk to you. Horrible customer service that just reads a script and goes around in circles, they are literally thieves and an immoral company.
