What happened? Doesn’t work?

App keeps timing out, telling me I don’t have a connection (when I do), stops before the skit I am watching ends and then jumps to the next skit. It hasn’t worked well for months. MAJOR THUMBS DOWN. PLEASE FIX.
App Now Requires Facebook or Email Registration

This app now requires a Facebook or email registration. Not worth giving it up because I can see the same content on YouTube, albeit with commercials.

Can’t watch every sketch

Search for a character, for example Dieter from Sprockets, and only one clip will appear because it’s the only clip available on the app. However, Dieter appeared on SNL 14 times. This app is a waste of time, just like NBC’s website, which is limited to the same content. Worse is that NBC says you can watch every episode of SNL, and over 40 seasons are available. Yet full episodes only go back to season 37, and the rest are clips of whatever NBC actually felt like uploading (almost nothing). I am disappointed in the misleading language of NBC’s website, and even more disappointed with the limited content of this app.
poor user interface on ipad

guessing that developer don’t own or use an ipad or ipad pro 12in. Very annoying to have to pick up ipad from stand and rotate between landscape to portrait to use app interface. Very poor design, guess this was outsourced to same programmers that did Comedy Central App also, or just don’t care to consider ipad users

You if you were me
I really enjoyed being able to watch SNL clips on demand. It always satisfied that “remember that skit on SNL” craving. However, they now require your personal information to use the app at all. That is completely unnecessary and a little creepy. I’ll pass and likely delete the app.

Now you have to make an account to view the content and the app doesn’t recognize my email address so I can’t sign up, and can no longer use the app.
Almost liked it but it’s so buggy

Every second using the app I experience 3 or more bugs and I rarely find myself being able to get through one sketch without contemplating deleting the app. It’s such a good idea but it is horribly executed and needs a serious overhaul.

Really?!?! I now have to provide NBC with my personal info (email, create personal profile), and consent to them spamming me & selling my data BEFORE I can even USE the app!?!? That is absolutely ridiculous, entirely unnecessary, and quite frankly, invasive & overreaching in terms of privacy. I used to LOVE this SNL app, and I spent hours watching SNL clips before this mandatory July 19th update, but you've gone too far. Until you change this personal profile requirement to OPTIONAL, you've lost another customer.
