The app was great. You’re now forcing me to register. I deleted the app.

Constantly receive a, “Connection timeout error occurred” error message every ~30seconds of using the app. Also will not airplay to Apple TV—the app crashes as soon as airplay starts.

This app used to work for me every time, now it doesn’t stay up. I launch it and it immediately dies. I rebooted my phone and I’ve reinstalled the app. Same thing.

As the title suggests, this app does not currently run on the latest iPad Pro 10.5.

I looked at some of the reviews... why would you give an app 5 stars if it doesn’t work well for you? 5 stars means great; no or almost no problems. There’s lots of great content, but there are problems accessing it. If you can’t access it easily it doesn’t matter how good the content is. Unfortunately, much easier to watch on YouTube

Fans like me want complete episodes such as seasons 1-5 released on DVD a few years ago.

This app always works for me, but I would like to see one improvement which would help users a lot: list the HOST’S NAME and AIR DATE along with the thumbnail of the episode. It’s really frustrating when I remember the host or know the date, but I cannot tell from the tiny thumbnail image who the host is. “Episode 3” or whatever doesn’t help much when trying to find a show. Please add this info and help users find the shows they want.

This app used to reliably show old SNL content without new ads, but the new version only plays ads. It is just an NBC advertising-driven media player now and nothing special like it used to be. It is unwatchable, and the only option is to buy the season via iTunes, at $45, or watch YouTube versions of shows that people have converted.

I really wish I could stream the app onto either the Chromecast or Roku. My mom loves the show and she is visually impaired. So watching the old shows on the app is virtually impossible for her.
