I don’t like the NBC profile

Are used to love watching SNL on this app but it’s just not worth it if I have to create another profile. There are plenty of other places to watch SNL.

Impossible to explore videos - choose one from the menu and it plays something completely different if you’re lucky; freezes up the app if you’re not. This has been happening for more than a year and through many updates.

Great, another annoying app that wants my Facebook data. Why did you have to add a forced account sign up? Why can’t I just watch a few scenes, you show me a few commercials & thats it... Guess I’ll just find clips on YouTube.

This app has a lot to offer but it NEVER WORKS. I have to disconnect from the WiFi and use my cellular data to search for videos because whenever I type anything into the search bar it always says there are no results even when it’s something I’ve searched before. On top of that, I have connection error messages pop up every 5 seconds even when a video is successfully playing and it’s honestly infuriating. Is there anyone working on updates for this app? These problems have been present for years and they never seem to get fixed.

Requires Facebook login/association or NBC account in order to do anything (along with the requisite consent to receive promotional communications). Can watch many clips (official & otherwise) via YouTube alone—no registration required. Immediately deleted!

SNL is great-the app is crap

You’d think that NBC would have addressed the issues by now. From the time I downloaded this app, it had problems. All the troubles that everyone else has had, I have experienced the same-i.e. different sketch than the one I selected, app telling me it’s unable to play, sketch starting then stopping then starting from the beginning again, etc., etc., etc. I’ve had an easier time just heading to YouTube and watching them there.

I’ll just remove the app from my device instead. Stop being so greedy by trying to get my data. Response to developer response:. I don't need your recommendations. I know what I want to watch. Having an account add no value to me as an end user.

Good App But Where’s The Music?

I think the concept and layout of the app is great, but it lacks the musical performances. That’s a huge part of the show & I’d love to see the musical acts from past seasons
