Worked for years until now

Remote broke so we downloaded the app and it worked flawlessly for years until this week. Now it won’t connect even manually with the IP address it shows until I physically tell the tv to check its network status. Then it suddenly works for a random amount of time.
Streaming no longer works.

So the app works fine I love it but there’s one problem. I’m not sure how to explain it but basically when I go to the remote it’s weird like it ont fit the screen and it’s out of frame now this doesn’t bother me but the only problem is that I can’t turn up the volume because it seems to be out of the frame it dose bother me because I don’t have buttons on the television.

BUT sadly, it struggles to connect, or wake up my devices. Only recently. So maybe a bug in the newest update ? Otherwise I love it I’ve lost so many remotes but I always have my phone near by. :) Update 2022 bug issues with connection are still happening, very frustrating.

This app scams ppl with 3 days free and it looks just like the other app tht works better than this one!! you have ads that pop up continuously where you can’t even use the remote!! It will take your money and want send apple a receipt to get your money back bc they are a third party company!!! ATTENTION DO NOT Order this App!!!
My tv won’t connect!

I’ve factory reset my tv and my phone and still doesn’t work. Can’t get it to work. Terrible and the trouble shooting is vague on what to do. Still followed everything and like I said I went to the extent of factory resetting everything! Still doesn’t work!

Every time I try to use this there’s about a 4/10 chance that the remote will just connect and work. Sometimes it says it’s connected but still won’t do anything except try to unsuccessfully wake my tv that’s already on for about 3 minutes at a time. This is truly a last resort.
