Keeps disconnecting via Bluetooth headphones

In the last few months this app has been working decent with my headphones via Bluetooth. Small disconnects here and there. All of sudden I’m getting disconnected and I have to keep to reconnecting. If those the headphone symbol shows it’s connected.
I CANNOT STAND THIS F****** app.

My phone and tv are connected but it constantly says it is not. I even asked the support team and they were incredibly rude and sarcastic. FIX THE PROBLEM!!!
App crashes constantly & disconnects from tv

App performance constantly declining. Wish I could rate 0 stars. It crashes every time I open the app, disconnects to the TV and has trouble finding it until I unplug and restart it (SO inconvenient). Also, it has started changing the volume on its own despite me not having the app open.
