The app is giving me all British channels. There’s no way to fix it… Customer service is a British number so I can’t call it. Very frustrating

This app use to work great, now I’m lucky if it even shows one of my five roku devices. It’s very annoying because sometimes I’ll have to remove app then download again to make it show all devices and most times that still doesn’t work. The little wait time rotation icon just spins and spins and spins and nothing ever happens. Very annoying so I will be uninstalling app once again for good.

Not sure why there is no volume option and it would be nice to have a sleep timer added in. Any plans on adding these two features?

Won’t connect for more than 5 min after the tv is on. No issues with other devices. Roku is just awful. I recommend literally anything else

This remote is great cause my current tv remote took a crap on me and this app worked in the first 2 mins of me on it maybe even less

When have this app start charging ?? One month it charges me $2.99 && another month it charged me $5.34 . Not sure why it’s charging me but I rather not download an remote app that I would have to pay for . Rather not do && the fact that it’s charging my card that I see no records of on Roku that I filled or even made a purchase on the app is ridiculous. Yes it was a great app before it start charging me. The fact this app still charging me but I have NO ACCOUNT with them but yet they charging my card (unauthorized) . I’ve contact my card company && they told me to contact Roku && haven’t seen where I could contact nor email them or even a toll- free number . This is sad you have people hacking your card just from downloading an app . Never again . Today this app is still trying to charge me the fact I’ve tried to reach out to Roku they still won’t or haven’t solve my problem there’s no number to contact them very unprofessional. Where is the on chat agent

I used to love using my phone as a controller, as I have the TCL Roku TV (so the TV’s main platform automatically opens to the Roku screen, i.e. not cable TV). This all worked seamlessly for the past 2 years until Roku’s new update. I updated all of my devices (TV, phone) and the issue would not resolve. I had the iPhone X and just got the new iPhone 13 Pro - still not resolved, so it’s not my device’s issue. I also have a very old tv that uses the Roku Express (which is about 1 year old) and that connects with to Roku controller just fine. It’s only my Roku specific TV. There are no other apps I can use with my Roku specific TV. Will be staying away from Roku in the future!!!!
