Doesn’t work.
very confusing app
Hi Roku! I love this app it helps a lot but it’s really confusing last time I had no internet connection on here but I did on games and other things.So I deleted it and downloaded again and it worked only once! So I deleted it again and downloaded it again to but it’s still not working it says must connect to devices or something but I don’t know where it says that and how to do that I’m really confused and don’t know what to do.I love this app a lot but it leaves me confused? Hope you can fix whatever’s wrong

I lived by this app because it’s just so convenient. It was working earlier today but now it doesn’t want to connect to my television, even if I try to manually connect using my IP address. I have this installed on both of my phones and neither of them works anymore. I hope whatever the issue is gets fixed because I really loved using this app.

Love the private listening! Drawback: lately My app does not automatically connect to my tv. When I click my device, it spins and still doesn’t find my tv. I have to use my battery operated by remote: settings>network>about> check connection. Every time. That’s a bit inconvenient and aggravating.

Every few weeks or days the app will not connect to my T.V or any one of the TVs in my home and I have to delete the app and my account along with it it’s a hassle,But besides that it’s a good app

Are use this with my old TCL ROKU TV and it worked beautifully. I got a new TCL ROKU TV (the exact same one but larger) and it won’t connect if the TV is off. It doesn’t recognize any ROKU TVs in the house even though my phone and the TVs are all connected to the same wifi. Annoying!

Every time I open the app the keyboard pups up, it’s the most obnoxious thing. And yes I’ve uninstalled and re-installed, but when I typed in another search it saved that one and saved it every time I open again.

Not connecting

So first thing, the app itself is great. You have no idea how many times I’ve lost my remote and went to this. It’s so handy! But recently it hasn’t been connecting to my tv anymore. I have to delete the app and reinstall for it to fix. It’s not all the time but it still is an issue
