This hotel is great for a family Vacation! It's also so good that I want to only stay at this hotel and no other hotel!

Love the Ritz, but the app...
Works great for account, reservations, etc. one problem though. The old apps for both Ritz and Marriott not only had pictures of the rooms, but also the property (pool, lounge, fitness rooms, restaurants, beach, etc). For some reason, the only photos that show up now when looking at properties on the app are of the rooms only. Bring the property pictures back.

This hotel has been a favorite for a few years because of the INCREDIBLE customer service I receive. Valet, concierge, bar, bell hop are all outstanding! I even received a Diet Coke upon departure, as they know me so well! Thank you RITZ DALLAS!

I'm truly disappointed with this App. It's very limited and certainly not user friendly. I'll stick with the good old website.
