The app is basically useless. Practically nothing loads -- you can't make a reservation, you can't view much of anything but a few pictures. Take a hint from The Four Seasons app and revise your app.

Usually like this app and use it a lot. Currently not allowing you to edit or cancel reservations in the app. Please fix this...!

The newest version of this app is a complete failure, and a big step backwards. Can't edit a reservation, can't even expand a reservation for all its details.

Many fails in this app. At the very least it should support the screen resolutions of iPhone 6 and beyond (2 year old phones now, guys) as well as retain login information instead of asking for a password each time.

How could the Ritz allow such a terrible app to be released!! Can't pick locations, dates or basically do anything with it. Come on??!! It's now March and nothing has been done to fix the issues. Disappointing.

The app could not even select a date for a reservation. Very buggy and useless... Guess I will have to go look at the four seasons.. Even the Hilton app is functional.. Berry disappointed for the Ritz brand!!!

Pointless, outdated app

Several issues with this app: - It doesn't make use of Touch ID, or remember password, so have to login each time - Resolution doesn't support iPhone 6/6s, so the app is just scaled up - Doesn't show my correct status - I'm gold, but it just shows as "member" I seriously expected much better from Ritz Carlton. Sort it out!!
