This app doesn’t even get a star. This app won’t function at all if you don’t put who your TV provider is.... Some of us don’t have a TV provider! So the app is useless I deleted it he gets a big F from me
Crashes when toggling between apps

The app often will not let me pause and leave the app and then return to press play. It has to be entirely closed down.

Why can I not download the shows I want to watch? I have been searching for a way to do so. If I cannot download episodes to watch later I will delete the app.
Apple TV has Issues

It’s a good app overall. My one problem stems from the Apple TV version of the app. I will watch local tv on the app, then close it. When I come back to watch more local tv, I get a black screen I cannot get out of. I have to unplug the Apple TV & restart the app so I can use it. Please fix.

Would expect better for a huge companies app, but nope. Extremely glitchy, bad user layout and constantly get playback errors resulting in the app crashing.
Ads on top of ads

I use my paid Cable provider to access this app. When I watch live streams of the nbc networks you see the live streams of the ads. On top of that the app interrupts your live stream to show you more ads, lots more, even during the show. When you pick a stream you get maybe a minute of the show and then the app interrupts to show 6 minutes of ads. Then it goes back to the live channel just for them to cut to commercial break and show you 5 more minutes of ads. 10+ minutes of ads for less than 2 minutes of actual content. This has been my experience the last few times I have used this app. Deleting.
Great content, app could use improvment

I wish the use ability of the app was better. For example, when I click “watch tv” I am sometimes brought to as screen asking me to sign in with my TV provider. A perfectly reasonable request except you don’t provide a link to do so. Just a gray screen w no instructions. I have to force closed the app and then find the sign in section under more options. Not very user friendly.

It stalls, it buffers, it doesn’t come up - this is not a functioning app. Nearly every single day I have to delete the app and reinstall just to be able to watch the news. Come on NBC, please hire techs that know what they’re doing. This can be fixed and you have the money to make it happen! Fix It!!
