I can’t use the app because I don’t have a TV provider. If I could get a subscription, like I have with CBS/Paramount Plus, I would do it

Many problems of app shutting down when any attempt to link provider. I’ve deleted the app and reloaded l, removed tv provider info, etc. and consistently a problem.

Too many glitches on the app hen using it on my iPad. It’s difficult to enjoy a show

I watch it on Peacock. I got rid of Dish and bought a RokuTV. My kids all use it and your not paying about 200 a month to use it. Days of our lives is on in the afternoon and come 8pm at night I can watch the latest episodes. Kim Mattson
Constant performance issues

I constantly have problems with the nbc app both on my phone and tv. So many performance problems I don’t even know where to start.
Shows not available

In order to entice more people to download the app, it promises that certain programs are available. However, after downloading the app, I have found that those certain programs are NOT available. Very frustrating.

Trying to watch This Is Us. Keeps freezing during the commercial - won’t get past that first commercial break
