“Something went Wrong”

Being able to stream NBC shows is great, but the app is sub-par compared to other steaming apps. 1) there is something wonky when trying to stream the newest episode of a series. It’s never as simple as just clicking the episode…you click it, it loads and stops and loads and stops…keep trying till it actually plays. 2) When streaming to Chromecast, after the last commercial break of any show the stream fails and we get an error message that says “something went wrong”. This error happens 75% of the time, it’s really frustrating.

I have dish network, which no longer has nbc. So I decided to try and watch the football game on the nbc app, but in order to watch I need to sign into my tv provider!? What is with this dispute?! I’m so over it.

Can’t watch anything!!! Try to link tv provider & the app quits every time. Tried deleting & reinstalling 3 times. Also doesn’t work on Fire Stick. Don’t waste your time. Very frustrating!

Can't see Must See!

So tired of having to delete and reinstalling this app. I try to link to my provider and app shuts down. I can’t watch anything that’s locked. customer service is also non existent…very disappointing.
