So happy I’m still able to watch during the trial. Please keep it going. I wish the networks would realize how many people would rather watch our daily shows.

What the heck. I watch Wednesday Chicago shows on the app. I now find I can’t watch Chicago Med because you have moved it to pay on Amazon. That effectively ends my participation in anything NBC. What in the world are you thinking. This is a bone head move.

Days of Ours Lives is the best soap on TV and it’s on NBC. I can always count on NBC to have this soap when I miss it on regular TV during the day.

This app does not allow you to pause during a show if you have to answer a call and be able to return where you left off in the show. The app has to be closed out, reopened and pick the show again before you can get back to what you were watching. I always get error messages in the middle of watching a show that playback failed. Again, close the app and come back and start watching the show again. So tired I f not being able to watch things without all of the issues.

What’s Going on with Your Apple TV Version of Apps

Ok NBC... why are the Apple TV version of your family of apps giving me loading problems when I try to watch shows. It’s getting to the point that I LITERALLY have to delete and reload the app in order to watch a show. This is only happening on the Apple TV version. Now I love the app but the Apple TV version has to do better. Once all the apps are fixed (NBC, Bravo, CNBC, MSNBC) all of them, my rating will be higher. This just started around the holidays of 2020.

I downloaded the NBC app about 1 year ago. Due to personal reasons, I hadn’t watched much tv for a number of years, and I was interested in catching up on some of the shows I’d missed. The app itself works ok aside from a tendency to forget my cable subscription info, forcing me to reinstall the app in order to watched “locked” content (this bug may be corrected now as I haven’t had to reinstall in over a week). I left the app for a time out of frustration, & it now seems that some of the shows I’d been watching have been moved to the Peacock app & placed behind a paywall. It’s a darned shame.

This app out all the local channel app was one of the best but now it is asking for me to connect to providers too often and when i try it doesn’t work because when i click my provider the screen doesn’t do any thing
