Shopping List

Dan+dd

I updated your app and it cleared my saved shopping list that really was not good

Easy to find items

bikeguyatl

I love the app and can find things easily when shopping if it hasn’t been moved which happens about 15% of the time.

On line & calling in

???

I had tried twice on line to place an order. I called customer service twice, still couldn’t place an order. SO cell phone app great. Other forms of ordering a 1 because you can’t do -2.

Love this store

Sandic_10

Always have what I need or help me to find it. Great curbside service. Love that!

Slow to respond

zdgre

Love shopping on the app, but check out is always slow and unresponsive. I always have to check out as a guest.

Not very happy

wmmmnnnbbb

Split my single-shopping session order for pick up into two parts, at stores 200 miles apart. Not the best experience with this app.

My favorite store

DewaukeeFanboy

Great deals

Great website

Mp5black

Better than other big ticket store , easy to navigate

Default list saves GONE!?

imhoReviewer

The last update purged all items saved on the default entry, only keeping those saved under a specific named list. If you just hit save and then didn’t take the extra time to hit save then make a list name - now gone! That’s ridiculous! I accumulated so many items I’ve been needing for various projects especially since the pandemic started - now they’re all gone. Oh well, if I can’t remember it’s just less money I’ll spend at THD. Seriously, you better look at anyway you can to get the info back because so many people like me are making less trips to the store and planning to pickup those odd items they had on the list saved to when they could get around to the project. Tons of pending sales lost. Don’t you dare copy and paste that canned response you applied to everyone else saying lists were migrated to your account - not true, only named lists!!! It’s like you deleted every file on my c:\ drive that wasn’t in a named directory saying if it wasn’t in a folder it wasn’t an important file.
