The App was easy to navigate and check out was easy. Disappointed that I was unable to apply a military discount using the App. I could have saved over $200 if it allowed me to apply the discount.
Default list saves GONE!? -BACK!

***UPDATE***Some time between Feb 6 and Feb 16, the default “My Shopping List” was restored with the items I had been accumulating. I’m guessing 12 Feb because that’s the date it was given compared to the new “My Favorites” list. For the record, if simply good customer support wasn’t reason enough (which I am thankful for the fix), I just spent over $1k on items the cashier remarked ‘was the longest receipt she’s ever seen.’ Consider this documented monetary benefit to making the fix! The last update purged all items saved on the default entry, only keeping those saved under a specific named list. If you just hit save and then didn’t take the extra time to hit save then make a list name - now gone! That’s ridiculous! I accumulated so many items I’ve been needing for various projects especially since the pandemic started - now they’re all gone. Oh well, if I can’t remember it’s just less money I’ll spend at THD. Seriously, you better look at anyway you can to get the info back because so many people like me are making less trips to the store and planning to pickup those odd items they had on the list saved to when they could get around to the project. Tons of pending sales lost. Don’t you dare copy and paste that canned response you applied to everyone else saying lists were migrated to your account - not true, only named lists!!! It’s like you deleted every file on my c:\ drive that wasn’t in a named directory saying if it wasn’t in a folder it wasn’t an important file.

This was my first time ordering from the Home Depot app. I had a fairly good experience, but there were some issues in product availability versus what is actually in the store as well as issues with adding coupons and gift cards over the app check out. I did have a lot of help from assistance over the phone and they were very very helpful so overall I would give this up for star rating! The Home Depot team is always super helpful and I feel like my needs are met when I shop here!

I’m constantly having to sign back into the app. Very frustrating. Also would love for a better “location” services for when GPS location is not allowed by my device. Remember my Zip Code would be an easy one. I don’t give location services away to all apps.

Keeps referencing me to a store in Dallas when I live about a mile from a store in Fort Worth. Also the app makes it a little difficult to have items shipped to the store for pickup.

I love shopping on the Home Depot app. I can easily see what’s in stock at my local store, and have curbside pick up within an hour or two. Also having larger items delivered with free shipping is fantastic in Covid times.

App was great. Until the update erased all my list and now random items appear in my cart. I love home depot and refuse to go to the other big blue store. I’m just stating facts here. I would give this 5 stars, I’m not even made about how it erased my list i don’t like how random items that i never have or would use or looked up appear in my cart when i return to the app.

This app used to be easy to navigate to purchase items and place them in the car especially for curbside pick up. But recently it is popping up different things when you choose an item especially for curbside pick up and it is very hard to navigate so it is not user-friendly anymore. someone please work on the website, so it will be easier to purchase items like before in the past thank you.
