I really enjoy this game and how difficult it is. I do have a problem with it requiring you to die. Yes, defectors are very hard early on but I challenged myself to be strong enough to kill them endlessly without dying. They literally hit me with every step and can't kill me (I've killed 40 in a row) but the game doesn't let me access landmarks until I let them kill me so I can't continue. Even the swamp turns grey. If you require death, then make defectors one shot you by the 5th one instead of how it's currently set where I have to just watch it kill me.

The game is clever, but I found myself just not caring to finish after a while. There is absolutely nothing to keep you interested. It is nowhere near as good as ADR. It also randomly crashed and lost my progress, which really was the final straw. Silly quotes about "never giving up" and "casual gamers" aren't enough to make me invest more time into this "experiment". Save yourself the wasted time and spend it with your family, wife, kids, etc. Life is too short for "idealist" nonsense like this game.

1. If you haven't played A Dark Room download it. 2. Play it. 3. Beat it. 4. Download this. 5. Play this. 6. Beat this. 7. Cry because you have to wait for another game.

Amazing game, and one of the greatest stories and ways of presenting a narrative I have ever seen.

This is the second best game on the iPhone. It is only second best because A Dark Room, still holds a special place in my heart. Everyone should play this. It's worth the price!!

I love this game, but when I close the app and reopen, it usually doesn't save my progress and I'm set back further in the game. Would be nice to have a save option.

Interesting premise but frustrating in its ridiculousness. Get killed over and over again.
