Good thing it’s free, well, free to download. Opening the app is always fun because sometimes it gets stuck on the main screen. When the app does open, you scroll down the screen and it reverses you back to the top of the page again. Photos are not formatted properly, so when you click on a picture the head is cut off, or the caption does not open. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Insists I am offline and need to connect via wi fi, at unpredictable intervals, even I got to that point online. A long time user, this update is a giant step backwards.

The only good thing about this app is that it’s for the Buffalo News, so its not as though you are missing any great reporting.

I don’t use the app except to access the e-edition to read on my iPad. Lately, the e-edition has become cluttered and confusing to read... may have to give up on the news

This app constantly crashes and is difficult to navigate. Other news papers apps are fantastic. Not this app.

You ******* morons! Update huh? Better experience? You useless POS software engineers! It's ******* blank! It says no connection even when we sigh in. In addition every time the app is stopped ya gotta sign back on you idiots. Get it ******* fixed or I'll drop this rag of a paper... It's better but still needs WORK! E-edition access doesn't work. Why put **** up that doesn't work? Do you debug? Do you try the APP yourself? Embarrassing. What's the business link? Where are the stories? Click on photos for stories? Really? That's it?? BTW it's much better. It's about time. Now it's worthy. Thank You! OK. It’s usually negativity RE this APP. Right now? No. Job well done. Love the E-Edition access. As of now, NO complaints. It’s working perfectly. #awesome you’ve done yeoman's work. Great job. Keep it this way, please?

This app has been absolutely terrible. Each revision fixes one problem but adds two or three more problems. It is annoying and inconsistent. Doesn't anyone think about it or try it before they issue an update?

Content is great and updates to news articles is immediate bit every time I open an article, the Apple Store app inexplicably opens and Candy Crush is the first app I see as if it was an intentional bug to get me to download that app.
