Poor Customer Service

Brutus0961

I play this game with friends. It WAS fun. Now, I cannot return messages or chat. I have contacted customer service multiple times with pictures and video. I’ve done everything on my end that they told me to do and still no fix just more issues. *UPDATE - I continue to contact customer service regarding my inability to use messages and chat. Now, my ‘gifts’ don’t work either. I continue to lose the ability to connect with other players. This game was a great social outlet for me. I play for the fun of it and to have fun with other players. It is quickly becoming less and less fun. *UPDATE 2 - Issues continue. No chat. No messages. No gifts. Contacted customer service. They don’t care to fix it because it effects a limited number of players, yet, they continue to ask me to upgrade my review. I don’t have issues with any other apps. *UPDATE 3 - The app continues to not allow me to message other players or chat without being kicked out of the app. It used to work fine. I contacted customer service multiple times. They say the same things over and over and nothing ever gets fixed, but want me to update my review - so I am. I’ve found other, better apps with better players.

Disaster game

Dodiandraos

The worst game ever ,the developer is abusing the player, to let them buy chips, and apple is doing nothing to protect the players against the developer, where is the consumer affairs.

Roulette

I dropped my chips to all red , 10 spins later, guess what ? I won just ONE ! They said they have certified . Really ? Ripoff !

Fun and engaging BUT you’ll loose in the end

Penguinmoonstudios

Really enjoy this game, great graphics and sounds, variety etc. but the more you spend on chips the more you’ll loose in the end. I spent an obscene amount of money on chips and lottery tickets, then one day it occurred to me that I was spending real money to play with fake money. I still play, but at the low end and ignore the so-called deals. I mean, they had a special offer that cost $500! Seriously?!

Warning!

poker806

This game uses FAKE RNG (Random Numbers Generator). The game monopolies the cards and they make you lose even when you have perfect hands. They make you lose then their ad “buy chips with discount” comes up in a pop-up window to push you spend real money. This game is not really a poker game anymore. Because it’s not about your skills in poker and how to use your skills and experience to play the right hand. But it’s about how can you trick/play against the fake RNG and to not let it give you bad cards. And if you manage to trick the RNG and win, they put you on their list in the backend to intentionally give you only the lost cards time after time until there is no way to win. Because their fake RNG decides who wins in advance by playing the cards as they want it to be. Long story short, poker is a fun game. Relies on math, skills, and some luck. Unfortunately, this game is not poker. It more like a bingo than a poker game. Good luck.

Based on 1,000 hands...

Fulltilt.com Pro

... Algorithms are not correct. RNG is false. Of exactly 1,000 hands, a pair showed up on table EXACTLY 762 times. If this was true fair play as claimed, the universal odds of this would be a maximum of 247. Do not insult my intelligence as a math professor at the University of Maine at Orono! Get this app’s RNG or I assure you, I will bring my findings to the Google Play board!
