“VIP” status is a joke. Chips are not too expensive. I bought some. Played a slot machine. The slot glitches and didn’t payout anything on a really big jackpot (I have a picture of this that I sent their support team) showing that I won but did not receive any winnings. So I contacted their “VIP support team” since I had bought a few chips with real money and turned those chips in to a bunch more (point of casino apps) ....BIG MISTAKE. They are the rudest, most incompetent, shady and insulting people you’re likely to ever encounter. I wouldn’t download this app or speak to anyone who works at this app again even if I had won $1,000,000 REAL DOLLARS. Very bad app all they want you is to buy chips otherwise they block your account it happened to me while I was playing they blocked my account I had 38 billion in it and no explanations but those who buy they never block their account only warning and if you buy even once you are in trouble and would be put on program that would make you buy again and again my advise never start playing this game

Got suspended somehow, I reached out via email for an explanation and they wouldn’t provide me a reason and ignored me. Literally played twice in the past year and it’s a 5+ year old account that is connected to my Facebook. Only had 80m but I was vip which is why I wanted to keep my account.

Used this app for some time and although their cards don’t seem to come random it was not too bad to keep you entertained. When I stayed making good progress and winning more chips they arbitrarily cancel my account providing a vague explanation about their terms of use and not offering anything specific. These guys seems to be interest in you losing chips so you can spend real money with them. This is not a surprised and several others poker apps have similar motivation but canceling accounts for no specific reason seem to be a little bit extreme from my perspective. In any case try another poker app and don’t waste any time or money with this one.

This app was fun to play and I purchased chips. I spent 50$. I logged into my account today to find it “suspended” and so I reached out to support. They have given no proof or reason for my suspension, just said I violated rules, of which I don’t know how I play my game and would never do anything inappropriate. They stated that the security team believes I transferred chips to another user which is CRAZY because I have not done that and i feel violated! I have now lost my 50$ and my account for NO REASON and they were rude, refused to provide “proof”, and have arbitrarily decided to take my money and close my account for SOMETHING I DIDN’T DO! Absolutely crazy to me that Apple supports this App and promotes it when it quite literally steals people’s money and closes their accounts for NO REASON! I have seen far too many reviews that state the same thing mine does, this app clearly does not operate legally and shame on you Apple for supporting this! I only hope someone else is saved the trouble of what I’ve experienced! DO NOT USE THIS APP IT IS A SCAM!

I’ve never played BLACKJACK and see the dealers get so many 10’s first card dealt...I see a guy lose 20 billion not millions BILLIONS in a matter of seconds,,,crazy how unfairl this game is,,, the hey just lost a customer...AGAIN DO NOT BUY CHIPS I REPEAT DO NOT BUY CHIPS smdh
