If you have an issue with the app and you complain here, the developer response is to reach out to in game app support. What if your issue is with in game app support? People move in from this game. Let’s get it shut down. All they care about is getting money from you (even though they say you can play for free). Move onto World Series of Poker. Much better app.

Employees playing to take your chips

do not trust any Kamagames... they run a rigged game and systematically steal your chips. in some games they plant employees in the games as players to take chips that you have purchased. They admitted this to me in the support tab on the app. This practice is unethical and should be illegal. In poker, If you win big against someone they will take your chips and claim you were passing chips.. If you spend money to purchase anything it becomes your property and it is your right to do with as you please... but this is not the case with Kamagames. They always give the same response that they do not influence the game in any way and that the game is certified... This is bull... Anyone can write a paper saying it is certified, but if you play any of the games regularly you can see that the random generator they use is not truly random. But I have been playing real poker for over 50 years and have never been dealt the the same hand 5 times in a row but it happens regularly with any Kamagames app. If you enjoy throwing money out the window then play any Kamagames app. my true rating of Kamagames minus a billion. Here is their reply to me... they only commented on the rigged number generator... they didn’t deny stealing your chips with employees "Hello! We are very sorry that you have experienced negative emotions about our games. We use a random number generator to deal cards, mix decks, drop roulette balls and hit combinations in slots. Our game has been certified by an independent auditor and all game algorithms comply fully with generally accepted standards."

I played this game for about a year and accumulated 28 billion chips. About a month ago, I tried to access my account and now can't play. Can access my account but can't play. I have sent emails to get this corrected but no response. Apparently the makers of this app have taken it into their own hands to block the successful players and only allow the people that buy chips play. What a hustle!!! Don't INSTALL this app!!!

I play this quite frequently to get my poker or blackjack fixes. Is it perfect? Nah, but you haveta take into account fools playin with play money. Human error and my own imperfect knowledge of poker. Good poker app. Top 3 I go to to get my fix.

If you play poker then you know winner takes all. If you’ve watched poker you know winner takes all. The people who run and developed this app don’t know this. The people who spend money on micro transactions can win with losing hands. I will repeat: PEOPLE WHO SPEND ON MICRO TRANSACTIONS WILL WIN WITH LOSING HANDS!! I had 4 aces and lost to 2 pair. Full houses that lost or had to split the pot (with the majority going to them the loser for piling in more money) with two pair. Three of a kind that beat flushes and straights, I have even seen a pair of kings lose to an ace high card. Meaning that they literally rewarded a losing player for having nothing! Every single time I have viewed their profiles upon losing with winning hands (I sit out the hand after to investigate these people) they have spent money on micro transactions. This means they can pay to win to beat the odds which defeats the purpose of playing. Because of this cheating I refuse to pay one red cent to them because they have turned games of odds and numbers into rigged carnival sideshow games. I don’t believe that the developers are Americans so that’s one problem right there because they are trying to market their product to us but they don’t know how Americans actually play these games. We believe in the best man winning not rigging the game. I have seen many players complain about the micro transactions slant but I do wonder, at least in the case of poker, if they have noticed the winning hands not winning the pot. Or the winning hands not getting the entire pot upon winning if they have a monetary total less than that of their opponent or opponents. This is total trash and if you wanna play these games I would advise you to go through a few of them to see if the rules are set in stone and the app works accordingly. Stay AWAY FROM this app as it is rigged. Don’t waste any good money with these people. This isn’t an actual game it’s a money trap.

Don’t waste your time with this app go to World Series of poker instead. If you are a beginner they will deactivate your account if you play bad DO NOT GET!!!!!!!
