Your support team fails to give actual support. I was hacked while I was sleep for 80 billion. The support team says the best they can do is give me 1 billion. I tried to play a regular poker game however this account has now become a losing one and can barely match 1 pair. I have tried to compromise and accept less however they have been very rude and indifferent about my situation. They don’t respect the fact that I bought chips to play then earn to a total of 91 billion. I have talked to the managers as well and they’re towing the same line. This is not how a company is ran! I’ve been with your company for 10yrs but this is the absolute worst! I am asking that you right this wrong. Something has to be done! With this level of harassment, I want to leave no stars.
