Solution and repsonse are so slow

I cant believe that this design has basic problems. I’ve been at business since 2 days and first problem is my team cant edit the my task or projects. I’ve opened a claim for it twice (and 5 messeages) but still no solution.
App keeps crashing

I want to love this app, and indeed there’s a lot to love. But recently the app has become impossible to use since the last update. This doesn’t happen with every task card, but often opening a task causes the app to crash.

In my brief time trying this app: - crashing multiple times while trying to update a task - if you’re creating a task and navigate away from the app and back to it, everything you’ve written is gone and you have to start over. If you’re in mobile and need to check something before filling out notes on a task or adding check list items, this is a major design flaw.
