I’ve loved this app. It lets me create different project or area tabs, and then create and track projects and tasks under those. It has features for creating notes and sub tasks under main tasks. One of the things I’ve most appreciated, it doesn’t run for a week and then require you to purchase a paid version. It just works and helps me be productive and organized.

With the end goal being working remotely, my team needed to find a way for management to verify our productivity. We had been using the "old way" spreadsheets and email notifications. It was difficult and time consuming. The project manager usually gets 450 emails per day so our reports are constantly lost or forgotten. Which leads to a constant state of "proving ourselves". This program is a game changer. We can also finally prove how tremendously understaffed we are.

First of all, I have to admit I’m a girly girl - I like my apps/tools to look nice as well as being everything I need in productivity/organization, and this app has it all! Love!

Since discovering MeisterTask I continue to be delighted by the tasteful, well-designed and powerful features of this app. As someone who loved the approach of Trello, but not the look, MeisterTask delivers. The typography, design aesthetic and simplicity instantly appealed to me, and I just continue to enjoy it more and more. Is it perfect? No, but it is complete for what most of us need, and delivers a polished experience through out.
