Kanban board with to do lists and images

I had a very specific requirement for a to do list app. 1. It must be visual - making to do lists is easy, but remembering them - not so much, unless there is an image or an icon beside each to do list item. 2. Kanban boards- moving tasks from one column to another give the ease of monitoring all the tasks across various states. 3. Tabs - multiple projects- the ability the categorise tasks related to a specific location genre activity into its own separate category which does not interfere with the others as opposed to cramming all the tasks into one huge list offers the ability to switch contexts . The only Mac software that can do all the three is mindmeister. Need less to say I tried tons of other software before choosing mind MeisterTask.

I type my work and in some cases the comments do not get added or the whole content disappears the next day. I have been using it without problem for a year, but the last month has been a headache and waste of time.

This app is great, it allows you to create projects with tasks and subtasks. If you like Kanban boards they are really easy to create and add columns for organizing multiple stage tasks. My wishes for improvements on the app: 1. When I login let me see a list first thing. Let me designate what that list is. Seeing a landing page with a great quote is nice but 99% of the time I want to get in and add something or mark something done. 2. Add more automations. There’s a dopamine hit a person gets when they mark a task complete. But if just sits in the column I then have to go back and move them all to done. It would be awesome if when I mark something as complete it moves it to done. 3. I still haven’t found a great app for prioritizing. I’d love it if I could rate my tasks A1, A2, B1, B4 and have the list me my A’s up top with A1 being very top.

I just began using this great app two weeks ago, and I can honestly say that it has made a BIG difference in my daily productivity. There is no shortage of apps to help you organize your personal and professional life, but MeisterTask has the fit and finish that makes working with it really smooth and intuitive. As an example of just how impressive the app really is, I actually upgraded from FREE to the PRO version after just the first week [this, for me, was a very big deal because, my side hustle/ startup is pre revenue; this means I NEVER upgrade if I can possibly help it…. But after my first week with this app, I was downright eager to do so!!!!] If this all sounds like a fake review—trust me, it’s NOT…. The app is just that good! Thanks for this really great organizer :-)

Currently working with pro. Had an issue with a password loop but, support responded and fixed it within a couple hours (literally 2).

I have used a few different apps to organize my time and so far this one is my favorite. I love that I can share “projects” and “tasks”, including deadlines, notes and attachments with my husband.

Beautifully designed, sleek, powerful and effective, this has everything i need to efficiently manage tasks for a team remotely.
HORRIBLE that you can’t zoom out.

Would be the best task manager / CRM EVER! But!!!! unlike desktop, you can’t zoom out! On phone and iPad the columns are soo big you can’t see or work efficiently. I regret buying this product. Admin! UPDATE your sucky UI…. This is HORRIFIC!
