Solution and repsonse are so slow – Task Management: MeisterTask Review

I cant believe that this design has basic problems. I’ve been at business since 2 days and first problem is my team cant edit the my task or projects. I’ve opened a claim for it twice (and 5 messeages) but still no solution.
