Once I grasped how it all comes together (an hour or so)... it became simple and intuitive. Flexible and easy to adapt as I started using it. I highly recommend it. I’m on the free version which is very adequate for a retired guy. If I were still full time in my business, I’d gladly pay for the upgrade. I tried several others... this app beats them all.

I tried this app several years ago and deleted it because it wasn’t quite what I was looking for. I was using Asana instead, but it’s just not powerful enough for my increasing needs, so I decided to see how this app has changed and WOW! This app is everything I need and then some. It’s PERFECT for my needs. I can already see 2020 becoming my most productive year yet thanks to this app! Sorry, I know I sound like an ad, but this is honestly the best simple project management software I’ve ever used.

MeisterTask is definitely worth a try, based on a few days use. Pleasant UI. I like being able to create a task straight out of an Email when using mail apps like Outlook and Spark. So far it’s plenty flexible for the kind of work I do.

I’m loving this app. It’s helping me collect and organize my ideas and then assign tasks and monitor progress. The iPhone / iPad app work great and seamlessly integrate with the browser version.
It needs more of a tutorial

I didn’t know half of what most buttons did in the beginning, but after messing around and exploring I found out how much of a help it is for my life and its many events. Perhaps you could make a fake project in the beginning to showcase its great features.

This app keeps me on task when I’m managing several projects. It’s an easy learning curve. Highly recommend for anyone desiring to be productive and stay ahead of deadlines.
