Customer service can't do anything to the restaurant if they are late, they just call them and tell them that the customer is waiting you are late. Or they cancel your order that you are waiting for hours. I hope they improve their customer service.

They take 2 hours, they cancel your order, they give you the wrong order. Just call the restaurant yourself and you will be better off. Do not use Talabat.

I've been in UAE 1 month now and have been using Talabat a lot. Every time, the food was delivered fast and they always find my building/apartment right away. The food is always warm/hot at times.
Perfect app when you don’t feel like cooking
