Better options than carriage but I don’t like to order from the application because the delivery driver has to call 2-3 times before he finds my house..
My personal perspective towards Talabat

-Food was late 25 minutes - Food wasn’t hot nor warm - The order came in wrong - live chat is a joke PS learn something from Carriage

If a restaurant isn’t equipped to receive orders at a particular time, Talabat shouldn’t accept, nor, confirm an order. Furthermore, the client should be notified immediately and in the case of late notification some sort of compensation should be offered as that is good service industry policy.

You need to improve application for IPad not for phone only Because the screen is not rotating

The is f###### stupid i miss a phone call not even 2 minutes later i try to contact the number and it didn’t let me after that I contacted talabat in less than 3 minutes and they told me the order was cancelled just order from another restaurant because that restaurant is closed you all can go f### your selfs and you all are lazy when i ordered from another restaurant i forgot to add something I contacted you in chat you said it wasn’t possible and when i called the restaurant they added it without any problems
