I used to like this app but today delivery was disappointing

It has always been my go to app for food but today after making me wait for more than an hour to get my food and then when i complained i didnt even get a decent apology. Add to that the fact that you are asked for location when u use the app which is useless because the driver will contact you and ask you to send location or give him information.

Talabat is fine, the restaurants can be hidden gems (good food, never heard of them before). However, customer service can be bad sometimes. With the offers, all in all I am happy. Thanks

I recommend Talabat to have mini trucks or assemble stations
