I have suffered from ordering from this app and I’ll tell all my friends and family to stop using the app as they are always not aware of the customer needs and there is always a problem by placing orders

What is delivery service very late when you order half of order doesn’t arrive this happened to me more than three times customer agent they need to be more educated than to know how to talk to customer
