This App is very easy to use. Finding restaurants near you is fast and easy.If you ever have any issues their call center and on line chat are very professional and great at making things right.

I’d rather cook than deal with how stupid customer care is , they won’t bother to follow “special request” as i have allergies , deleting it !

Add the gps thing so it’s easier for the driver to reach me , my location will be put with the address, good app

Useless app when it comes to the delivery-- food is always an hour or two after the estimated arrival time.. the app doesn't provide you with the restaurants numbers, and the chatbots from the app always give you the same response, "I just called the restaurant your food is on it way".. talabat should penalize restaurants for delivering food late
