I have been a t-mobile customer since before the time that they were t-mobile; I think they were called Voicestream at the time. Anyway, I love the company it’s been fun watching them grow. Any time I have an issue they’ve always been really gracious in fixing it for me. Besides small things here or there they’ve always been good to me. Since I was in middle and got my first phone, I have been with T-Mobile as my primary provider. Honestly consider them the best phone company and have never switched nor had a reason too. Take my word for it they will not fail ya. At the minimal, they are reliable in Georgia where I’m located and even traveling in the US they’ve been great.

This is a very helpful app. My only gripe is there’s no Touch ID on iPad so you have to put in your name and password every time so I end up just doing it on my iPhone. Very annoying please fix.

Switched from ATT to T-Mobile to save money. Service is not good compared to ATT but acceptable for the price. Now this app is a joke!! Again a joke!! Log in just to see account, but anything you actually want to do you either will be redirected to the website where you have to re-enter username and password or you get a message to call customer service (takes forever). Come on T-Mobile you can do better than this!!!!

I never had a problem with using Tmobile in Manhattan and it's always excellent service whenever I call, text or use the internet. Totally recommend T-Mobile to everyone in NYC!

If on wifi, the app will not allow you to get access unless you turn the wifi off. This is a waste of time if you just want to check your balance or data. Also, it won't give you the payment history for the entire account, only your payment history for your line. This is frustrating if you have a family plan and need to see how much was paid and when.
