This app is not good – T-Mobile Review

Switched from ATT to T-Mobile to save money. Service is not good compared to ATT but acceptable for the price. Now this app is a joke!! Again a joke!! Log in just to see account, but anything you actually want to do you either will be redirected to the website where you have to re-enter username and password or you get a message to call customer service (takes forever). Come on T-Mobile you can do better than this!!!!
