Why is there no notifications whenever a transaction is made?? Not even an option in the settings!

Awful app currently

BummedOUTgamer

Unfortunately this app doesn’t work. I have one of the latest iPhones, and this app does not let you type your password in after about 2 weeks of not checking your account. I have had to change my password about 6 times in the last two months. I started noticing it was the app when I would try to use my actual password that the app said was wrong, for my new password. It would then say I cannot use my current password as my new password. Which makes no sense, because it would not let me log in with that password. Again, I am locked out of my account. Please fix or I am in fear your app is not secure and my information and money could be taken at any time.

Fatal flaw not fixed

Davidjess22

They have not even tested their own app functions before releasing them on unsuspecting account holders to which they have fiduciary duty. I just now attempted 40 times to set an automatic recurring house payment where each date was rejected for being a weekend whether I changed the year, month, or day. They need to test the app and lighten up on the validation—make sure they have thought about each possible situation before blocking a transaction setting. A banking app is not allowed to have a fatal flaw, because it affects your finances and your life. The app warns you to deposit money the same day to bring your balance over $0, and asks if you are doing it now, but then provides no function to do that. All deposit methods given take several days to post. Good things: Smooth processes otherwise. Nice to have your banking in an app without having to register separately. $10 per month interest if you have T-Mobile service and keep $3000 deposited. T-Mobile also lets you have freebies in the T-Mobile Tuesday’s program. 0% interest on phones. And flat-rate unlimited data plans. A great Invitation to have a buffer. Not only do you get charged no over-draft fees, but also you rarely overdraft at all, because when you accept the invitation to have a buffer (or reservoir, or reserve), and keep $3000 in the account (or any smaller or larger amount), then you rarely have any accidental overdrafts.

Love it! Just needs Truebill and Mint to view account balances

TreyJohnsonMN

I use Truebill and Mint to track all of my finances, and it saddens me that T-Mobile money still doesn’t allow them to connect and view the account balances and transactions.

Need more deposit locations

T-mobile needs atm cash deposit use.

Frustrated, Incorporated.

There is no way to know when money has been spent or transferred or deposited without logging in. The fastest way to load money is Apple Cash - debit from another bank and transfer directly to the T-Mobile Money account. It arrives the next business day - or even the same business day if done early enough like before 9am. I plan to use it as a savings account mainly, using Apple Cash to pay Apple Card instantly. I haven’t received my debit card yet, but the app says you can set up mobile wallet pay without the card - it has failed every time I tried to do so. They need to fix this issue so it can be used without the card. I don’t plan to use the physical card much except for occasional ATM or cashback in a store. I avoid cards whenever possible and use mobile pay. It is a big hassle having to carry cards and a waste of time fumbling with them. Chip cards are usually a LOT slower than mobile pay. Cards wear out if used frequently unless they’re metal. Mobile pay is far more secure and should be encouraged as much as possible. Not needing a physical card or an address to send it to makes handling money and banking so much faster and easier. We need the option to get real-time alerts for all debit payments and refunds, ATM withdrawals, deposits and transfers. Chime Bank has the best alerts, it notifies you of almost everything and you see the balance in real time with most payments, deposits, transfers, etc. I use Chime as my main account and would transfer here for savings and 4% interest. Chime is bare-bones, but it has no credit check and it’s fast and free. You get some direct deposits 4-5 business days faster at Chime Bank - like Social Security - making it easier to plan and giving more flexibility for paying bills.

Check deposits not working

Mostly good app. Serious issues with depositing checks and haven’t been able to receive proper support.

Checking I treat as savings

HubertHuberlington III

Only issue with this app is that it can’t transfer money to this account fast enough! With compounding interest it’s a great way to start saving!

Horrible

Jvcs2020

Did not cooperate with me when I had issues with my card and they locked my account multiple times with no explanations

Good app, needs improvements

After discovering that the interest was 4.00%, I was in! It didn’t take long to find the app and get the card however there are some issues that you need to be warned about before depositing money (which management should take note of). Pros: 1. Amazing interest rate 2. Easy to find information on app 3. Clear and easy “buttons” 4. Perks are clear and concise Cons: 1. Deposits take days to clear. Initial deposit took well over several days to clear. 2. Should be more perks like the debit cards from startups. (Ex: Zero, Chime, Acorns) 3. I wish it was more modern looking. It’s a little clunky like the T-Mobile app itself. I don’t mind it, it just doesn’t feel clean.
