Good app, needs improvements – T-Mobile MONEY: Better Banking Review

After discovering that the interest was 4.00%, I was in! It didn’t take long to find the app and get the card however there are some issues that you need to be warned about before depositing money (which management should take note of). Pros: 1. Amazing interest rate 2. Easy to find information on app 3. Clear and easy “buttons” 4. Perks are clear and concise Cons: 1. Deposits take days to clear. Initial deposit took well over several days to clear. 2. Should be more perks like the debit cards from startups. (Ex: Zero, Chime, Acorns) 3. I wish it was more modern looking. It’s a little clunky like the T-Mobile app itself. I don’t mind it, it just doesn’t feel clean.
